Mango/Papaya Wine

This is the wine that put me in the winery business. The winner of Double Gold and best of class at the Sacramento State Fair, this wine is a blend of 80% Mangoes and 20% Papaya. Flavoring is added to this unique blend. It has a great nose, good acid and 2 1/2 % residual sugar. Serve Chilled.

Made from Bay Area Hachiya persimmons. Since persimmons always settle out clear as water, McCormick food color was added to make this unique color. Serve chilled.
